Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for covering regular nightlife sessions at a prestigious Hereford venue. Your duties include:

• Event Coverage: Attending a minimum of 4 shoots per month, capturing high-quality images of club-goers and the venue atmosphere.

• Customer Interaction: Engaging with guests in a courteous and efficient manner to encourage photo opportunities.

• High Volume Shooting: Generating a high shot-count to ensure plenty of viable options for the gallery.

• Post-Processing: Quickly editing images using professional software (Photoshop or Lightroom).

• Timely Delivery: Uploading the final edited images to the company website by 15:00 hrs the following day.

• Ad-Hoc Events: Being available for occasional red carpet or special events which command higher pay rates.

Requirements

To be considered for this freelance position, you must be over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK.

• Essential Equipment: You must own a high-end Digital SLR with a dedicated external flash.

• Lenses: You must possess both a standard “portrait”/zoom lens AND a wide-angle lens.

• Software Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of digital editing software (Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom) is required.

• Connectivity: Access to a computer for off-site editing and a broadband connection for uploading files.

• Experience: Previous nightlife or club photography experience is essential (samples will be required).

• Transport: Access to a motor vehicle is preferable (but not strictly mandatory if you can travel reliably).

• Insurance: Own public liability insurance (£3M cover) is preferable.
